On the Terrace (facing Meadfoot Beach) of the Osborne Hotel. This event will be open-air, with some cover, but will be weather dependent.
The Torbay Mods Scooter Club, The A38 Scooter Club and friends will also be making an appearance with their vintage mod scooters!!
