After the successful arrival of Three Fall, a fantastic new head-first, 3 lane racer slide in Summer 2023 – it’s back to the building drawing board as a giant aquaplay is being completed over the winter for Summer 2024 – and it is going to be EPIC!
Visitors to Goodrington over the past few months cannot fail to have noticed the super sized water play structure looming out of the building site – as the new “Captain Lewey’s Shipwreck Island” is coming to fruition. The multiple slides, sprays, pirate themed massive children’s aquaplay will be a game changer for Splashdown Quaywest. Providing fantastic facilities for families with younger children and adding a massive sun terrace to the site – making the UK’s largest all outdoor water park – even bigger, some would say huge!
Summer 2024 will come round quick, so be sure to stay in touch with Splashdown Quaywest on their social media channels or why not pop by to see for yourself what is going on. This addition is just part of a £3m+ upgrade over the next few years.

Don’t forget that beachside there’s a brand-new Costa Coffee store too – Costa Coffee, Goodrington Sands that is open throughout the year and has everything you would expect from a full Costa Coffee store – comfy seating inside, outside tables, for good days and is dog friendly.
