TK Maxx presents Plymouth Summer Sessions – Pendulum, Wargasm, Hot Milk and Normandie

TK Maxx presents Plymouth Summer Sessions roared into its second day on, Friday 13th June, with an explosive rock takeover on Plymouth Hoe. A genre-spanning lineup of PendulumWargasmHot Milk and Normandie delivered a night of heavy riffs, soaring choruses and high-energy performances on the iconic waterfront stage.

 Highlights included:

  • Swedish melodic rockers Normandie opened the day with a set full of emotional intensity and big guitar hooks – setting the tone for a powerful day of alternative rock.

  • Wargasm took things up a notch with their feral blend of punk, metal and rave, tearing through Plymouth Hoe with signature intensity.

  • Hot Milk kept the energy high, storming the stage with their infectious mix of emo, pop-punk and cathartic anthems, delivering a ferocious set.

  • Closing the rock-fuelled evening, Pendulum delivered a seismic headline performance, fusing drum & bass, rock and electronic energy. With tracks like “Witchcraft”, “Propane Nightmares” and “Watercolour”, they transformed Plymouth Hoe into a euphoric open-air rave.

  • Fans were treated to a surprise moment as Pendulum blew the cobwebs off fan favourite ‘Tarantula” – officially retired from their live set last year – for an epic finale that sent the crowd into overdrive.
