STAR-STUDDED ALL-FEMALE LINE-UP REVEALED FOR ANNE-MARIE CORNWALL CONCERT

POP ICONS AND SOCIAL MEDIA STARS AMONG FRESHLY ANNOUNCED LINE-UP FOR ANNE-MARIE ONE DAY FESTIVAL AT THE WYLDES IN CORNWALL

An impressive line-up including pop powerhouse Georgia, Tiktok star Mae Stephens, BRIT-nominated Charlotte Plank and local favourite Zola Courtney has been announced in the lead up to Anne-Marie’s June concert at Cornish outdoor venue The Wyldes. The news comes as Anne-Marie prepares for her upcoming UNHEALTHY tour this summer, which met rave reviews and rapturous audiences for its high production-value shows when the first half of the tour was completed in Autumn 2023.

Creating club-coercing records, UK pop producer and singer-songwriter Georgia has got the world dancing with universally adored and critically acclaimed album Seeking Thrills, and her latest release, third studio album Euphoric, which Rolling Stone described as ‘the perfect soundtrack to lead us back to the dancefloor’. With a style that effortlessly blends airy vocals and sky high top-notes with climbing electronic rhythms filled with optimism, Georgia has collaborated with the likes of Mura Masa, Gorillaz, Shygirl, Baby Tate, Dan Carey and David Jackson, Years and Years’ Olly Alexander and even featured on Shania Twain’s #1 album Queen Of Me.

Mae Stephens stormed onto the scene when snippets of the young independent singer-songwriter’s ‘If We Ever Broke Up’ went viral on Tiktok in 2022. After being snapped up by EMI, the track immediately escalated the charts world-wide, where it would form part of the soundtrack of many people’s day-to-day lives for several months after its release. Mae Stephens has since collaborated with Meghan Trainor, Alok and The Chainsmokers, and has just released new singles ‘ADHD’ and ‘Make Me Your Mrs’.

Rave-scene mainstay Charlotte Plank joins the line-up in June. Having recently been BRIT-nominated for Song of The Year for ‘Dancing Is Healing’, her hit single in collaboration with Rudimental and Vibe Chemistry, in the past year Charlotte Plank has prolifically released drum and bass anthems and performed at festivals including Parklife, Glastonbury and BBC Radio One’s Big Weekend. Beginning her song-writing career over lockdown, Charlotte Plank brings real-world issues into her lyrics, compelling rhythm to her instrumentals, and is part of Loud LDN collective, pioneering and championing women in dance music.

Local favourite Cornish singer-songwriter Zola Courtney will be first to bring sunshine to audiences to the leafy arena at The Wyldes for the Anne-Marie concert. Zola Courtney offers her own brand of soulful pop music, with live instrumentation and and organic feel, Zola Courtney takes inspiration from Jazz, Soul and R&B music to create albums including her critically-acclaimed debut EP ‘Nothing To Lose’, and latest single ‘Firing Line’.

Surrounded by festoon-lit forest, magical Cornish venue The Wyldes (former home of locally-cherished festival Leopallooza) delivers far beyond the standard offering at a concert venue. The Wyldes offers high value and festival atmosphere for audience members of all ages. Proffering a specially selected line-up for each event, events at The Wyldes provide hours of entertainment, with a charming village of street food vendors and fairly priced bars, plus there’s an afterparty included in the ticket for those who could keep dancing for just a little bit longer. Ticket buyers also have an array of camping areas to choose from, from simple-yet-spacious tent camping and campervan pitches to glamping in boutique bell tents with all the comforts of a hotel and high-end toilet and shower facilities that are world’s apart from the undesirable portaloos of big name festivals.

Non-camping, camping and glamping ticket options all available now via The Wyldes’ website.

The Wyldes said “The line-up for Anne-Marie’s show is truly amazing, we’re so excited to have been able to confirm not only Anne-Marie, but Georgia, Mae Stephens and Charlotte Plank too – all powerful music producers who have their fingers on the pulse. We know that our audiences (us included) love to dance, and dance we will!”
