The much-loved Cursus Festival returns to Dorset on the bank holiday May 22 – 24, promising another weekend of original live music and good vibes in a rustic farm setting.

Limited tickets now remain with family weekend passes nearing sell out. These passes give free entry to under eighteens, making Cursus an understandably popular choice for festival-goers with children.

Saturday day tickets are also likely to sell out soon, with headline act Peat & Diesel proving a very popular draw to Myncen Farm. Other artists across the weekend include Land Of The Giants, Black Water County, The Hempolics, Skimmity Hitchers, RuMac, Samantics and Pronghorn, with many more in between!

Now in its eleventh year, Cursus is an intimate festival with just 500 tickets available.  It has gained a reputation as an inclusive, grassroots event suitable for festival first timers and veterans alike. It is also one of the few proper music festivals to allow dogs on site.

As well as live music, Cursus boasts a dedicated DIY Den activity area for kids to make friends and explore different skills. The small arena also boasts a DJ tent, rural crafts, live wrestling, record shop and more. Live-in vehicles are welcome as well as tent campers.

Festival Organiser Kev Davis said; “Now that spring is here, people are getting excited again for outdoor weekends, live music and camping. Cursus is a simple, down to earth festival that brings people together for all the best reasons. Book now and get ready for a memorable weekend!”
